The book is divided into 4 main chapters:
- First: The introduction provides useful information about money, currencies, gold, and the structure of our existing financial system. The focus is primarily on the Euro system. A reference to the Dollar is also included due to its function as a reserve currency.
- Second: A transition is made with reference to and analysis of the economic collapse in 2008/2009. This crash, triggered by the real estate bubble in the USA, is directly related to Bitcoin.
- Third: The main part describes the structure and function of a blockchain. How Bitcoin was created, how individual coins are generated (mined), what technical terms exist, and how to interact with the blockchain. Security, various other cryptocurrencies, and what distinguishes them from Bitcoin are discussed. Finally, there are examples of where Bitcoin has established itself and how it is used beneficially.
- Fourth: In the investment section, I show you how to set up your risk management, which crypto exchange is suitable for beginners, and how you can trade cryptocurrencies.
The book offers a comprehensive overview and provides many useful sources and further reading.
